We accept most of the major Insurances including Medicaid and Family Health Plus. Verification of insurance is required prior to your office visit. Therefore, your insurance information will be collected upon your arrival.

We also accept cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. If paying by credit card the cardholder must be present with photo identification.

For surgical termination of pregnancy, our fees are based on the following:

• 1. Length of the pregnancy.
• 2. Rh Factor. (Women who have Rh Negative blood type will require
  an injection of Rhogam.) In this case there will be an additional charge
  of $40 dollars.

The following are the fees based on the length of the pregnancy, only when paying by cash or credit cards.

• 06-11 WEEKS - $340
• 11-13 WEEKS - $370
• 14 WEEKS - $450
• 15 WEEKS - $650
• 16 WEEKS - $750
• 17 WEEKS - $850
• 18 WEEKS - $950
• 19-20 WEEKS - $1150

Your payment covers sonogram(s), office visit, laboratory work, general or local anesthesia, and surgery.

For Non-surgical termination of pregnancy or Early Option pills,
our fees are:

Ru486 - $350
Methotrexate injection - $325 (Only for pregnancy up to eight weeks.)
